KICK SLEDDING IS AN EXCELLENT TRAINING METHOD

Kick sledding is a natural way of moving and it resembles running in many ways.  Using kick sled, you move in a more controlled way.  Opposite to running, kick sledding is a softer, more rolling way of moving your legs. This is important, since it means significantly less risks for injuries, and more comfort for any user.
An efficient kick moves the leg in long path. The knee is lifted up, and the leg is then swung back, and released with relaxed muscles. You change foot after each 3-10 kick.
